Recipe makes 8 Servings

3 H-E-B Large Grade AA Eggs, beaten
1 cup(s) H-E-B Evaporated Milk
2/3 cup(s) H-E-B Baker's Scoop All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup(s) unsalted butter, melted and divided
1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Cane Sugar, divided use
6 granny smith apple, peeled, cored and thin sliced
1 Tsp McCormick Apple Pie Spice

Heat oven to 400°F.
Spray a large 10 inch deep pie pan with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
Combine eggs, evaporated milk, flour, 1/4 cup melted butter and 3/4 cup sugar in a bowl and blend on high speed with electric mixer or blender; set mixture aside.
Set empty prepared pie pan in oven to heat.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add remaining 1/4 cup butter, 3/4 cup sugar, apples and apple pie spice.
Stir and cook for 5 minutes until apples are glazed.
Remove heated pie pan from oven and pour half of batter in pie pan.
Arrange warm apple slices over batter (reserve apple syrup) and then pour remaining batter over apples.
Bake on middle rack in oven for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from oven and drizzle pie with reserve apple syrup.
