1/2 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Walnut Pieces
4 Pink Lady Apple, peeled, cored, and sliced
1 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Ground Cinnamon
2 Tbsp H-E-B Salted Butter
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Creamy Creations 1905 Vanilla Ice Cream

Heat a large skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add sugar and walnuts to hot skillet and stir constantly until sugar caramelizes and coats walnuts (about 3-5 minutes). Quickly remove from heat and pour glazed walnuts on a sheet of foil to cool.
Combine the apple slices, cinnamon, and butter in a small sauce pan and cook on low/med heat until apples are just soft and caramelized.
Allow the apple mixture to cool about 6 to 8 minutes and then spoon into 6 dessert glasses or cups.
Poor in layer of nuts as desired and top with a 1/4 cup scoop of vanilla ice cream or dessert topping and garnish with some caramelized glazed walnuts.
