1 Tbsp Pure Olive Oil
4 H-E-B Natural® Spinach and Feta Chicken Sausage
2 carrots, cut into 2 pieces
1/2 cup(s) white onion, sliced
3 garlic, chopped
1/2 cup(s) Five Grains
5 Oz Organic Power Greens
1 Tsp black pepper

Instructions

Place a large stock pot over medium heat.

Add in olive oil then chicken sausage. Cook until sausage is browned.

Next add in carrots, onions, and garlic. Cook until onions begin to brown slightly.

Add in broth.

Add in ancient grains and power greens. Cook for 15 minutes or until grains are cooked through. Season with pepper.

Serve in a large soup bowl.
