Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 Tbsp olive oil
2 carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, chopped
32 fl oz Central Market Organics Low Sodium Chicken Broth
2 cup(s) Central Market Quick Cook Grains 5 Grains, uncooked
5 Oz Central Market Organics Power Greens
2 cup(s) cooked turkey, white and dark meat
1 Tsp pepper

Place a large stock pot over medium heat.
Add olive oil, carrots, onions, and garlic. Cook until onions begin to brown slightly.
Add in broth, grains, and greens.
Cook for 15 minutes or until grains are cooked through, add turkey and pepper.
Serve in large soup bowl.
