2 3/4 Oz Royal Gelatin Cherry
20 Oz Hill Country Fare Chunk Pineapple in Juice, drained and chilled
11 Oz Hill Country Fare Mandarin Oranges, drained and chilled
6 Oz H-E-B Red Cherries, drained and chilled
1/2 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Coconut
2 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Miniature Marshmallows
1 cup(s) H-E-B Pecan Pieces
2 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Whipped Topping

Prepare the cherry gelatin according to package directions and chill for 1 1/2 hours until set. Use the quick set method.
Cut the gelatin into small cubes and set aside.
Combine the pineapple, oranges, cherries, coconut, marshmallows, pecans and whipped topping in a large mixing bowl.
Gently stir in the gelatin cubes from the bottom to the top into the fruit mixture using a large spoon or spatula.
Place the fruit salad in a glass bowl, cover with plastic wrap and chill.
