Recipe makes 6 Servings

6 bakery sub rolls, (can also use hot dog buns)
4 Oz H-E-B Three Cheese Blend
8 slices bacon, finely chopped
6 H-E-B Texas Heritage Beef Brisket Hot Dogs
1/2 cup(s) Mark's Good Stuff Sweet 'N Spicy BBQ Sauce
11 2/5 Oz H-E-B Garden Lime Crunch Salad, prepared according to package directions
1/2 cup(s) Byers' Best Candied Jalapeños

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350˚F.

Split buns in half, leaving one long side attached so they open like a book. Place on a foil lined baking sheet and divide cheese equally between buns. Set aside while oven heats.

Heat a skillet over medium-high. Add bacon and cook about 4 minutes, or until crispy. Remove from pan and drain any excess fat.

Add hot dogs to pan and cook until nicely browned and heated through, about 5 minutes. Remove pan from heat.

Place buns in oven to heat for 4 to 5 minutes, just long enough to melt cheese.

To assemble put 1 hot dog in each bun. Top with BBQ Sauce, chopped salad, candied jalapeños and bacon.
