Recipe makes 4 Servings

1/2 Tbsp non-stick cooking spray
1 cup(s) H-E-B Real Egg
1 1/2 cup(s) whole natural almonds, finely chopped
1/2 cup(s) Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp H-E-B Texas Originals Chicken Fajita Spice Blend
4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1/8 Tsp salt
1/8 Tsp pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Prepare baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

Create a dredging station with a shallow bowl with real egg and a second shallow bowl with a mixture of almonds, cheese and fajita seasoning.

Take one chicken breast at a time and coat in egg and then dredge in almond mixture; coat evenly and place on baking sheet.

Bake 20 minutes or until juices run clear.

Season with salt and pepper.
