Alaska Black Cod Marinated with Honey

Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Honey
1/2 cup(s) soy sauce
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/3 cup(s) H-E-B White Wine Vinegar
6 Alaska Black Cod fillets, fresh or thawed
1/8 Tsp fine sea salt
1/8 Tsp black pepper, freshly ground

Stir honey, soy sauce, olive oil and vinegar together in a glass or bowl.
Place Alaska Black Cod fillets in the bowl, skin side up, so that marinade covers all of the fish. Cover and refrigerate for 12-24 hours.
Heat oven to 400°F.
Remove fillets from marinade and place on a nonstick baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
Roast until fillets are golden to dark brown, about 9-11 minutes. Cook just until fish is opaque (white) throughout.
