1 Tbsp grapeseed oil
2 Tbsp Adams Reserve Al Pastor Seasoning
4 pork tomahawk ribeye steaks, (about 1 lb each)

Instructions

Pre-heat grill to medium high heat.

Drizzle oil over tomahawk steaks. Sprinkle seasoning generously over steaks.

Grill on each side fro 5 to 6 minutes or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F on a meat thermometer. Allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
