Rinse shrimp under cold water then dry it off.
Using skewers that come with the 5.5 quart air fryer, thread the tail end of the shrimp on the skewer followed by the head end. Each skewer should hold 4 to 5 shrimp.
Set the skewer holder on a piece of foil, place the shrimp skewers in the holder and drizzle half the bbq sauce over the top.
Place skewer rack in air fryer and cook at 370ºF for 6 minutes. Apply remaining bbq sauce and check shrimp for doneness. Depending on the size of the shrimp, you may need to cook an additional 6 minutes or so.
Once shrimp are cooked remove from air fryer and serve hot.
Chef's Note: This shrimp pairs great with all H-E-B Specialty Series Sauces.
