1 1/2 Lb fresh tilapia filet
2 Tbsp Adams Reserve Jamaican Jerk Rub
2 Tbsp olive oil
5 3/4 Oz Cookwell & Co. Agave Dijon Mustard Glaze
2 Tbsp green onions, chopped

Instructions

Coat both sides of fish lightly with jerk rub.

Heat a large skillet to medium-high; add oil, then fish. Sear one side, allowing fish to cook halfway through, about 4 to 5 minutes. Flip fish and cook another minute.

Top with glaze and simmer 2 minutes.

Remove from heat, sprinkle with green onions and serve.
