Achiote Tilapia with Spinach and Grains

1 cup(s) H-E-B Organics Super Grain Blend
1 Lb tilapia fillets
1 1/2 Tsp Mi Tienda Achiote Seasoning
1 Tbsp olive oil
3 Oz H-E-B Baby Spinach

Prepare grains according to package instructions.
Preheat large sauté pan over medium-high heat.
Season tilapia fillets with seasoning on both sides.
Add oil to pan and pan sear tilapia about 1 to 2 minutes per side until well browned and flakes apart easily. Transfer tilapia to a plate and keep warm.
Pour about a tablespoon of water to pan and scrape up browned bits on bottom of pan. Add spinach and sauté about a minute.
To plate, place about 1/4 cup of grains in center of plate then top with tilapia and wilted spinach.
