Ingredients

Recipe makes 8 Servings

2 large avocados, diced or sliced
1/4 cup(s) cilantro, roughly chopped
1 Tsp Mi Tienda Achiote Seasoning, plus more as needed to taste
2 Tbsp lime, juiced
1 loaf of ciabatta bread, sliced thinly at an angle/bias

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a bowl combine avocados, cilantro, seasoning and lime juice. Mash with a fork (it should be chunky in texture).

Refrigerate until ready to use.

Place slices of bread on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and bake 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly toasted and crispy.

Spread a generous amount of avocado mixture on each slice and garnish with sliced fresh radishes or green onions if desired.
