Recipe makes 6 Servings

2 Lb seasoned chicken fajita breasts
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
12 Oz Texas blend fajita vegetables
6 flour tortillas, plus more as needed

Preheat grill to medium-high for approximately 375˚F to 400˚F.
Place chicken on grill and sear for 4 to 6 minutes per side, or until nicely marked. Flip chicken to lower heat and continue to cook until chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 165˚F.
While chicken cooks, place a small pan over medium-high heat. Add oil and fajita veggies season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook until veggies are nicely caramelized.
To serve, allow chicken to rest before slicing thinly. Serve on tortillas with veggies and your favorite fajita condiments like salsa, sour cream or guacamole.
