Recipe makes 3 Servings

1/3 cup(s) soy sauce
1 1/2 Tsp ginger, grated
1 Tsp Sambal Oelek Chili Paste
2 Tbsp water
3 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp sesame oil, divided use
1 H-E-B Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry Kit

In a medium bowl whisk soy sauce, ginger, chili paste, water, sugar and red wine vinegar. Set aside.
Heat a large non-stick sauté pan over high and add 1 tablespoon oil. Heat until almost smoking.
Add chicken and sauté 3 to 4 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken and add to soy sauce mixture.
Add remaining oil and sauté both vegetable packets about 3 minutes.
Add chicken and soy sauce to pan and cook until slightly reduced.
