Quick Ham and Cheese Quiche

Ingredients
- 14.1 oz Pillsbury Pie Crust, 2 crusts
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 oz Cherrywood smoked uncured sliced ham, chopped (about half of the package)
- 32 oz H-E-B Real Egg

- Item, H-E-B Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese. Quantity: 1 each. Price: $2.89.
- Item, H-E-B Reserve Cherrywood Smoked Uncured Ham. Quantity: 1 each. Price: $5.71.
- Item, Hill Country Fare Original Real Egg Product. Quantity: 1 each. Price: $4.14.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Unroll pie crusts into 9 inch pie pans and form. Place on a sheet pan.
- Divide cheese and ham equally among the two crusts then pour the liquid egg over the top.
- Sprinkle with pepper and and place in oven. Bake for 35 minutes or until center has set. Let cool 10 minutes before cutting.
- Chef's Note: If crust begins to brown too fast cover with a sheet of foil.
