  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Spray fish with non-stick spray and season both sides with Mi Tienda All Purpose Seasoning.
  2. While grill is heating, make slaw. Combine cabbage, avocado, cilantro, and tomatoes in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper, add lime juice and olive oil, and stir well to combine. Cover and chill until ready to use.
  3. Grill fish for 2 to 3 minutes per side until it begins to flake and has dark grill marks. Remove to a plate and keep warm.
  4. Place tortillas on grill and cook 1 to 2 minutes per side until slightly puffed and edges are browned.
  5. To assemble tacos, lay 2 pieces of fish in the center of each tortilla. Top with 2 to 3 tablespoons of slaw and sprinkle with queso fresco.
