Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Adams Reserve Hatch Green Chile Ranch Rub
  • 1 tbsp Roasted Hatch pepper, finely chopped
  • 4 oz Unsalted butter
  • 2 cups Monterey jack with jalapenos cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1 Ciabatta bread, cut in half horizontally

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  2. Place softened butter, Hatch Green Chile Ranch Rub, garlic and Hatch peppers in a small bowl. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Spread butter on each half of ciabattta bread. Place on a sheet pan and bake 9 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and top with cheese.
  5. Turn oven to broil and return bread to oven for 1 minute or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
  6. Slice and serve immediately.
