The question used to be soft or crispy, but today there are plenty of other options for tortilla shell. Here’s a quick guide of the tortillas on hand at your local H-E-B:

If you’re looking for a low-cal option, try wrapping swapping a tortilla for a large leaf of lettuce. You’ll still get the crunch of a taco without all the calories to go along with it. Plus, it’s gluten-free and lower carb!

From flank steak and rotisserie chicken to pot roast that you can set and forget, there are different ways to prep meats, fish, and veggies. From the grill to the crock pot, here are a few of our favorites that range from Tejano favorites to new:
