Preparation Instructions

You will need: 3/4 cup Zatarain's Pork Bake & Crisp; 2 lbs. boneless or bone-in pork chops (1-inch thick); 1 egg, beaten. 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Moisten pork chops with egg. Shake off excess. 2. Pour Bake & Crisp onto plate. Coat pork on all sides by pressing firmly into coating mixture. Place on greased shallow baking pan. Discard any remaining coating mixture on plate. 3. Bake 20 minutes or until pork is desired doneness. Do not turn pork. Refrigerate after opening.
