Contains: soy.- Shake well. Refrigerate after opening. General Tso's Chicken: 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts; 1/4 teaspoon salt; 1/2 cup corn starch; 4 cups oil; 5 dried whole hot red chilies (optional); 1 cup Ying's General Tso Sauce. Cube chicken and stir in salt. Combine 4 tablespoons starch with 4 tablespoons cold water; then pour over chicken breast and mix well. Then add 4 tablespoons dry starch. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated, then add 1 tablespoon of oil and mix well again. Heat oil over medium heat in a wok. Deep-fry chicken until light brown, remove and set aside. Increase heat to high and deep-fry the chicken again until golden brown. Remove and set aside. Reserve 1 teaspoon oil and keep heated to medium-high. Add red chili, and stir for about 10 seconds. The add Ying's General Tso Sauce. When the sauce boils and thickens, add chicken and stir until coated evenly with sauce.
