You Will Need: 2 large eggs; 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted; 1-1/4 cups milk; 1/3 cup vegetable oil. Butter and milk can be replaced with any non-dairy alternative. 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease the bottom and sides of an 8 inch or 9 inch square or round cake pan. 2. In a large bowl, beat corn bread mix, milk, oil, eggs and melted butter, until thoroughly combined. Pour into pan. 3. Bake 30-40 min., or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan or serve immediately.
