For best results in cooking an authentic Thai Masaman Curry simply heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or frying pan and saute 12 oz of boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips for 4-5 minutes or until cooked. Add Thai Masaman Curry Cooking Sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer over low to medium heat for 15-20 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve with Thai fragrant rice or noodles. Also suitable for use with other meats, fish, vegetables and soy product like tofu. Serves 2-4. Care & Storage: Once opened keep refrigerated & use within 7 days. Best Before Date: See cap.
