Care & Storage: Once opened keep refrigerated & use within 7 days. Cooking: For best results in cooking an authentic Thai Basil Curry Stir-Fry simply heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and saute 12 oz prawns for 3 minutes. Set aside prawns. Pour Thai Basil Curry Stir-Fry Sauce into pan and heat for 4-5 minutes. Add the prawns back into the sauce and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. Garnish with some finely chopped ginger. Serve with Thai fragrant rice or noodles. Serves 2.
