Wilton Meringue Powder Mix

Product Description

This powder adds body to royal icing, meringue, boiled icing and stabilizes buttercream. This meringue powder replaces egg whites in many recipes. The resealable top opens completely for easy measuring. Certified Kosher.

Preparation Instructions

Use as an egg white substitute for baking & decorating: 2 tsp. Meringue Powder + 2 tbsp. water = 1 egg white. After opening, store in a cool dry place. No refrigeration required.
