    Ingredients

    Sweet Potato Starch, Water.
  • Cooking Directions: 12.7 oz of Dang Myun; 4 oz of sliced beef; 4 pieces of mushroom. 4 oz of spinach; 4 oz (1 piece of Med) of onion; 4 oz (1 piece of Med) of carrot; 2 tbsp of soy bean oil; 2 tbsp of soy sauce; 2 tbsp of soy sauce; 2 tbsp of sugar; 2 tbsp of minced garlic; 2 tbsp of sesame oil; 2 tsp of sesame. 1) Put noodle into boiling water and let boil for about 5 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain. 2) Stir and fry the sliced beef, onion, mushroom and carrot in a greased pan adding soy sauce and garlic. Blanch the spinach and rinse in cold water, and drain. 3) Mix well all the prepared ingredients with condiments listed. This boiled noodle is essential in dumpling soup, chigae and sulnongtang (beef soup). Best Before: See the date printed on package.
