Keep frozen. In the Microwave: Heat on High for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or to desired temperature. Stir and serve. Microwaves vary and grains may take more or less time to heat thoroughly. On the Stove: Cook in a nonstick pan over Medium heat stirring occasionally for 2-3 minutes or to desired temperature. No oil or water is required.
