You Will Need: 1-1/2 cups hot water; 2 cups milk; 3 tablespoons margarine or butter; 2 (5-oz) cans tuna, drained (for milder tuna flavor, use 1 can of tuna). 1. Stir together in 10-inch skillet: uncooked pasta, sauce mix, hot water, milk, margarine and tuna. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. 2. Reduce heat. Cover; simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Remove from heat; uncover (sauce will thicken). Refrigerate leftovers. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Increase hot water to 2 cups and simmer time to about 14 min. Microwave: 1. Stir together in 2 quart microwavable casserole dish: uncooked pasta, sauce mix, 1-3/4 cups hot water, 2 cups milk, 3 tablespoons margarine or butter and tuna. 2. Microwave uncovered on High 12 to 16 minutes, stirring every 4 minutes, until pasta is tender (sauce will thicken). Dish will be hot. Refrigerate leftovers. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Increase hot water to 2 cups and microwave time to 14-22 min.
