Place frozen fillet(s) on lightly greased baking sheet, cook for 20 to 25 minutes until crisp. Turn over halfway through bake time for best results. Deep Fry: Heat oil to 350 degrees F. Fry frozen fillet(s) for 6 to 8 minutes until product is golden brown. Microwave cooking is not recommended.
