Authentic Creole cuisine. A seasoned turkey breast, stuffed with layers of duck, chicken and Creole pork sausage. Ready to cook! Preparation Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove Turduchen Roll from all packaging (including bag and meat tray), but leave netting on until slicing. Place Turduchen Roll in baking pan, skin side down. Add 1 cup of water and cover with aluminum foil. If thawed, bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes, then uncover and rotate roll until skin side up. Bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until temperature reaches 165 to 170 degrees F. If frozen, bake for 2 hour and 15 minutes, then uncover and rotate roll until skin side up. Bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until temperature reaches 165 to 170 degrees F. Grilling: Spray foil with non-stick spray. Wrap foil around Turduchen Roll and place on heated grill. If thawed, grill for 2 hours or until temperature reaches 165 to 170 F. (Rotating periodically). If frozen, grill for 2 hours and 30 minutes or until temperature reaches 165 to 170 F. (Rotating periodically). Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meats. Some animal products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surface (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discord.
