1. Fill the kettle with filtered, cold water and then heat. 2. Place one tea bag at the bottom of your cup. 3. When the water reaches a rolling boil, pour the water (6 oz) over the tea bag and infuse for five to seven minutes. Experiment to find your favored steeping time. 4. Remove the tea bag and enjoy sip by sip. For a creamy cooler, follow the instructions above but use two tea bags. Let cool and add 3 oz of milk or milk substitute. Pour over a generous amount of ice.
