Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw. Roll. Bake. 1. Thawing Traditional Method: Straight from the freezer, thaw for approximately 60-90 minutes. Quick Method: Straight from the freezer, remove dough puck from package and place on a microwave safe dish. Do not microwave in packaging. Heat for 30-45 seconds then let rest for 2 minutes. 2. Rolling: Roll out dough with rolling pin, on un-floured wax sheet. Flip rolled dough into pan and remove wax paper. Roll and crimp edges as desired. 3. Baking: Follow your favorite recipes baking time and temperature. The Original Pie Dough Puck can be used for empanadas, sweet desserts, savory pot pie dishes, and quiches.
