A close cousin of oregano, marjoram has a milder and less peppery taste, making it ideal for enhancing more delicate flavors. It’s also an essential ingredient in classic spice blends like bouquet garni and herbes de Provence. While marjoram’s roots are Mediterranean, we source our Spice Islands® marjoram from the U.S. for its exceptional flavor. The aromatic herb is machine-harvested and then dried to produce a cleaner product.
