Souverain Chateau Merlot North Coast

Product Description

Ed Killian. First harvest 1944. Souverain was founded in 1944 by winemaking innovator Lee Stewart. The elements of its triumph are embodied by a crown, representing Souverain's award-winning history, a cluster of wine grapes, the California bear, and the thistle of Scotland, a nod to our founder's heritage. The storied wine that you hold in your hands is a celebrated Merlot elegantly layered with black cherry and ripe plum with aromas of roasted coffee, vanilla and baking spices, finishing with plush tannins. 13.5% alc./vol.
