Classic Japanese teriyaki is a blend of soy sauce, sake, cane sugar and honey. We adapt this delicious flavor to bring you our own version of teriyaki rice noodles. Cooking time: 15 minutes. Additional Ingredients: 2 tbsp vegetable oil; 4 oz meat or seafood; 3 oz vegetables; 2 tbsp water. 1. In a medium size sauce pan, bring 6 to 8 cups of water to a boil. 2. Turn off heat; immerse Snapdragon Rice Noodles in hot water for 3 to 5 minutes or until noodles are soft but still firm. Check noodles frequently to prevent from over cooking and turning too soft for stir-frying. 3. Drain noodles from hot water and run under cold tap water for 30 seconds. Place rice noodles in a bowl; set aside. 4. In a wok or frying pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil over high heat. Stir-fry meat and vegetables over high heat until meat is cooked and vegetables are tender. 5. Add softened rice noodles, 2 tbsp water and Snapdragon Stir-Fry Sauce. 6. Stir-Fry all ingredients together until noodles are evenly coasted with sauce and ingredients are well mixed; about 2 to 3 minutes. Enjoy!
