Suggested Recipe: 5 oz beef, chicken, pork or seafood, thinly sliced or 5 oz firm tofu, cubed. 1-1/2 cup sliced fresh or frozen vegetables (try broccoli, carrots, celery, mushrooms or snow peas). Cooking Time: 10 minutes. 1. In a large sauce pan, add 6 cups of water and bring to a boil. 2. Remove noodles from wrapper and add to boiling water. Cook 3 to 4 minutes until soft and tender.
