  • Cooking Instructions for 6 Portions: About 18 patties. 1. In a bowl, combine and mix, 1 cup Sadaf Falafel mix with 1 cup of hot water. Allow to stand for 10 minutes. 2. Take a tablespoon of the mixture, form into small patties or balls. If the mixture does not allow to form balls, fill the content of a tablespoon and fry in hot oil. Each tablespoon makes one ball. 3. In a skillet, heat (350 degrees F) corn oil or Sadaf grapeseed oil (enough to cover the patties). Deep fry the Falafel balls or patties for 2-3 minutes in the hot oil, turning occasionally until crisp golden brown. Place an absorbent paper towel to drain and serve hot. Store in a cool dry place.
