  • Cooking Instructions for 6 Portions: About 18 patties. 1. In a bowl combine and mix well the entire contents of Sadaf mix with 1-1/2 cup cold water. Allow to stand for 15 minutes. 2. Take a tablespoon of the mixture, form into small patties or balls. If the mixture does not allow to form balls, fill the content of a tablespoon and fry in hot oil. Each tablespoon makes one ball. 3. In a skillet, heat (350 degrees F) corn oil or Sadaf grapeseed oil (enough to cover the patties). Deep fry the Falafel balls or patties for 2-3 minutes in the hot oil, turning occasionally until crisp golden brown. Place an absorbent paper towel to drain and serve hot. Store in a cool dry place.
