Baby Back Pork Ribs: 2 Racks pork baby back ribs (1/2 rack per person); 6 Tablespoons Tom Douglas Pork Rub. Pat rub generously over both sides of pork ribs. To Oven Roast: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place on a rack in a roasting pan. Roast 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until cooked through 175 degrees F and tender. To Grill: Cook over indirect Medium heat with grill covered. Turn ribs as needed, watching carefully so that sugars in the rub don't burn. Grill until cooked through and tender 175 degrees F, about 1 hour. Slice between rib bones, pile on a platter and serve with Tom Douglas BBQ Sauce. 4 Servings.
