Red Fork Recipe: Windy City Wings: 2 pounds chicken wings, separated at joint. 1 pouch Red Fork Windy City Wings Seasoning Sauce. 1 to 2 tablespoons melted butter (optional). 1: Season wings with salt in bowl or plastic bag. Add 1/2 of Seasoning Sauce. Stir or shake to coat. Refrigerate up to 1 day. 2: Heat grill to medium hot. Remove wings from marinade. Spray or toss wings lightly with vegetable oil. Grill on covered grill, turning occasionally until golden and cooked through, 20-25 minutes. 3: Mix butter and remaining sauce in large bowl. Stir in cooked wings and toss to coat. Serve with celery and blue cheese dip, if desired. For Broiler: Spray or toss wings lightly with vegetable oil. Broil, 6 inch from heat, until golden and cook, 25-30 min. Proceed with step 3.
