    Ingredients

    Salt, Spices, Ground Mustard, Paprika, Onion, Garlic, Ground Dill, Natural Flavoring, Lemon Juice, Tricalcium Phosphate (Flow Agent).
  • 12 oz Ragin' Cajun Crab Boil in 2 Gallons of Water: Crabs: 1-1/2 doz; 5 min boil time; 15-20 min soak time. Crawfish: 8-10 lbs; 5 min boil time; 15-20 min soak time. Shrimp: 10-12 lbs; 5 min boil time; 10-15 min soak time. A small amount of margarine or cooking oil will make peeling easier. Extra Spice: Sprinkle seafood with Ragin' Cajun Crab Boil after removing from liquid. Boiling Instructions: Use enough water to cover the seafood. Place water and contents of this package into large cooking container. Stir and bring to a rolling boil. Add seafood, stir, cover and return to boil. Cook and soak seafood as directed in the table provided. Steaming Instructions: In large pot put 4 inches of water with no seasoning, cover and bring water to a rolling boil. When steam escapes from sides of lid, add seafood. When steam begins escaping from sides of lid again, begin timing. Steam seafood for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes immediately remove seafood and layer in a styrofoam chest, seasoning each layer generously with seasoning. Cover chest tightly and let stand for 12 minutes, then eat and enjoy. Warning: Only use styrofoam chest. Will damage other containers.
