Quorn Meatless Grounds are not ready to eat and require further cooking for food safety and quality. Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen. Ensure Quorn Meatless Grounds reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or above before serving. For best results, cook on the stove top., Stove Top 10 min: Quorn Meatless Grounds are deliciously versatile and can be used in place of ground beef in all your favorite recipes. Pour 1 bag Quorn Meatless Grounds in a pan and add enough of your favorite sauce to cover. Simmer, stirring occasionally, over a medium heat for 10 minutes, or until Quorn Meatless Grounds are thoroughly heated. For more recipe inspiration, visit www.quorn.us/recipes., Microwave 1000w 10 Min: Pour 1 bag Quorn Meatless Grounds in to a microwave safe bowl. Add enough of your favorite sauce to cover the Quorn Meatless Grounds and stir. Cover with plastic wrap and pierce. Heat on high for 8 minutes until sauce is bubbling. Stir halfway through cooking.
