Simply open and use. Rinse to refresh.Roast Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly dress Brussels Sprouts with olive oil and seasonings. Place a single layer in a roasting pan and roast for approx. 30 minutes. Tossing every 10 min. for even cooking.Saute Heat olive oil in a saute pan, place cut or shredded sprouts in oil and saute on medium heat for 10 minutes or until desired tenderness.Grill - Cut in half and toss with olive oil and seasonings. Place in a single layer on a grill pan and cook for 30 minutes turning every 5 minutes to evenly cook and brown.Steam Place Brussels Sprouts in a steamer basket above boiling water (keep sprouts above water level). Cover and cook for approx. 15-20 minutes to desired tenderness. Raw Shred/shop and place in salads for a colorful variation of your favorite salad
