Cooking Steps - Bake: 1. Heat oven to 450 degrees. 2. Season as desired or marinate or baste fish with sauce. 3. Measure at thickest point. 4. Bake skin side down in upper 1/3 of oven 10 min/inch of thickness until fish just begins to flake when tested with a fork and color turns from translucent to opaque. (150 deg internal temp). Options: grill, pan fry, microwave.
