Preparation Instructions

All You Need for Cake: 1 cup water; 1 egg. Baking Instructions: 1. Set your oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Combine mix, water and egg in large bowl. Stir 50 to 75 strokes until mix is blended. Pour batter into ungreased pan. For muffins, spray pan with no-stick cooking spray or line pan with paper baking cups. We recommend using Crisco No-Stick Cooking Spray. 3. Bake at 375 degrees F as directed or until top springs back when touched lightly in center. Pan Size: 8x8-inch pan, Oven Temp: 375 degrees F, Bake Time: 25 to 30 min. Pan Size: 9x9-inch pan, Oven Temp: 375 degrees F, Bake Time: 20 to 25 min. Pan Size: 12 muffins, Oven Temp: 375 degrees F, Bake Time: 25 to 20 min. Tips: Serve warm with whipped cream, ice cream, applesauce, or orange marmalade. To reheat, cover gingerbread with foil. Heat at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
