To cook 1 cup quinoa, boil 2 cups of water. 1. Bring water to boil, with bubbles and steam. 2. Add in the quinoa and turn the heat to Low. 3. Let it cook at Low heat for 15 min till the water has been totally absorbed. 4. Add salt to taste, and serve.
