Preparation Instructions
What to Get: 1 lb (450 g) chicken, beef, pork or your choice of seafood; 1 bunch (6 oz) Chinese green vegetables (Chinese broccoli, bok choi); 2 cups (390 g) jasmine rice. Suggested Cooking Instructions: 1. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a medium saucepan. 2. Add your choice of meat or seafood and cook on high for 2-3 minutes until seared. 3. Add vegetables and stir-fry 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are tender. 4. Pour simmer sauce in pan, stir contents, cover pan with lid and reduce heat to low. Simmer until meat is fully cooked. 5. Serve with rice. Refrigerate after opening.
