Cold maceration takes place before fermentation for 72 hours. Winemaking process is carried out in stainless steel tanks and macerated for 15 to 20 days. The new wine, after malolactic fermentation, is aged for twelve months in new oak. 80% American Oak & 20% French Oak Barrels. This wine is aged 4 months in bottles before release. The wine was bottled with a soft filtration, looking for his maximum expression.
