Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil to a 10-inch nonstick skillet; coat evenly. 2. Place dumplings in a single layer, seam-side up and add 1/3 cup water (just enough to cover the bottom of skillet). 3. Cover and cook over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes, until water has evaporated and bottoms of dumplings are lightly browned. Do not move dumplings during cooking. 4. Check that dumplings are cooked thoroughly. Careful, they're hot! Serve and enjoy! Microwave Oven: Prepare in skillet for best results. 1.
