Description
100% Alvarinho. Young and fresh with the characteristic bright acidity, tropical fruit aromas of peach and grapefruit. Recommended serving temperature is 50F (10c) so the citrus and fruit aromas are well present. Nortico at only 11% alcohol is light with crisp fruit aromas, perfect to drink on it's own. The basic rule is that light foods go with lighter wines. Have it simply with corn bread and butter like country folks do in Portugal, fried chicken, fish or chicken tacos. Anchovy-salty Cesar salad, ceviches, light Pizzas and lightly spiced asian foods. Great also with mozzarella and most white cheeses.
